Return Policy

For all the Kinne bracelets we offer a ‘30-Day Satisfaction Guarantee’ on all the bracelets purchased at www.christiankinne.com You have 30 calendar days (starting from the day you receive the item) to return the product(s). After 30 calendar days, refunding is not possible.

For a refund, we accept Kinne products with the original packaging, and there must be no sign of usage. There is a restocking fee of $10 per order. Your refund will be credited to the same payment method you used to make the purchase.

Please note that, because we sell custom-made products we are not obliged by law to refund. However, we want 100% satisfied customers that is why we do offer the ‘30-Day Satisfaction Guarantee’!

Additional Information 
International Orders, meaning outside the United States, are responsible for overseas shipping costs, and for all incurred delivery fees, VAT taxes and import surcharges for all exchanges and refunds. (Make sure to contact us before returning a bracelet, we will support you in trying to prevent these fees)
